When you got banned you should have received an email explaining what to do. The appeal process now is for you to submit a ticket asking to reactivate your account.

Go to https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/

Do not login on any account

Submit the ticket called "Reactivate an old account" using the email address of the account in question.
