Looking For Roadside Property For Rent

Hello everyone:

I am looking to rent a parcel of about 2048 sq meter size or smaller on the mainland.  Here are the requirements:

Must be a roadside parcel that is flat
Must be Grass

Land must be big enough for me to park a car next to it.
No adult land
Must have rights to change music/media
What would be a plus is if the parcel offered a gorgeous sunset view too.

Looking for a decent price and about 400 prims minimum.  (House uses 146 prims)  If anyone knows of anything for rent, please IM me.

Hi, here's a flat roadside residential lot of 1024 m but it has extra prims in this group -- $350/525 prims.

The house ad says it will fit on a 512. The group is open and you can test the house first. There are other lots nearby.

Now I'm wanting to see if there are any 4096 sq meter parcels with the above requirements.  Only changes would be that it can be adult land now and would have to fit this house.  Also, a straight road not going in a diagonal way is a must too.
