Have you tried relogging on a different sim or resetting your router?

Try reverting to a system avatar.  On the menu, click Me, then 'Choose an avatar'.  After you've fully changed avatars, then put yourself back and reattach your HUDs and AO - see if that fixes it.  Side note - maybe after changing to a different avatar, relog before putting yourself back.

If you are a Premium member, you can submit a support case.  Basic members, like me, don't have access to technical support categories.  In this case, it's not going to make much difference anyway, though.  The problem is in your own computer, viewer, or Internet connection.  Get off of wifi, reboot everything, and consider doing a clean reinstall of the viewer.
