Former Club Owner/ GM Seeking Work

I am seeking a GM or Manager position, below are my qualifications:

• Available for several hours a day depending on what is needed.

• Over 18 years of age.

• Have been on SL since 2008

• Speak fluent English.

• Former club owner/GM

• Flexible and able to communicate well with people

• Knowledge on  sending out notices and operate IM/ Chat conferences effectively.

• Keep staff in line when the owners are not on and keep them updated on event times.

• Enforce the rules of the club in a tactful manner.

• Keep reports on harassment/grievers and staff no shows – SUBMIT them to the owners.

• Assist in the interview/screening and hiring process.

• Report to the owners all club situations, happenings and traffic numbers.

• Frequently check on the club schedule and inform staff that have not  confirmed about  event times and their own schedules.

• Able to respond to the Owners via Email or Skype in case of emergencies’.

• I am okay with new clubs and working hard to see it get off the ground.
