Hello I'm wondering if anything kn if you can use a paypal mastercard as a bank card for secondlife and if secondlife would accept the paypal mastercrd as a actual card. ?

you can read the answer in the knowledgebase ... look for accepted payment methods, if it's not there?... try and find out if it works, if it fails you'll be sure

But why use a paypal mastercard if you can add the paypal itself?, assuming it's docked to a paypal account.
