NO desktop icon after windows creator upgrade

I just got thru DLing the windows 10 CREATOR upgrade. What an ordeal but i got it to work. But it removed the FIRESTORM and Second life log in icons from the desktop. I have tried to use the second life log in i found online. When i do it does connect with anything 2nd life.  A window pops up and says it cant find the site and i might be missing some log in files.

HELP!!

What can i do?

IF you just lost your icons from the desktop they will ALSO be in the program listings (and start menu). Click on the Windows icon (bottom left in the taskbar at bottom) and find the programs there. From there you can pin to start or the taskbar (bottom bar). You can also make a NEW desktop icon from finding the program in the Windows Explorer but the first is easier.

 

I had no issues with my (just this week) Creator's Update. Sorry you did.

Only issue I had was my Sound Blaster external cards HUD was gone! My sound changed because I had custom preset on the EQ, took a while but I found it and all is well again in Ziggy land!
