Ok, so my avatar first of all, i run around with a titler over her head, clearly stating she is 22, she has dyed hair, scars, tatoos and is supposed to be a military background, i use an anime body with fairly large breasts as well, would it be against terms if i did sexual rp containing her wearing a diaper? I am unsure of the rules on this end

if you have any simularity with a child you should stay away from it by miles. And this is very subjective. What you see as adult, others might still see you as underaged.

You can state any age at a titler or profile you like, 22, 50 or 75,  but if you look like a child you might get in trouble sooner or later.

Also keep in mind everybody who sees you and has any doubt can report you, it's on discretion of LL than how to handle.

My advice would be, avoid any doubt, ánd only play at sims where you'r in theme.

As I understand it, avatars that are clearly intended to depict adults role-playing babies (paraphilic infantilism and daiper fetishism) are allowed on adult land, but if the avatars appear to be children -- regardless of what it may say on their titlers or profiles, or how animes age more slowly than do humans, so what might look like a child avatar to mere mortals is, of course, immediately recognizable to another anime as being at least 200 years old -- then it's against ToS.

Regardless of that, I'd suggest using a bit of common sense about where people go using such avatars.   Just as a real-life adult baby fetishist would probably not attend a regular real-world music club in full adult baby gear, I think SL adult baby enthusiasts should not be surprised if they're asked to leave places that aren't explicitly themed as adult-baby friendly.

Speaking as someone who is involved in the management of a group of Adult regions I can confirm that, as a general principle, it's never a good idea to argue when asked to leave.    All too often a polite request to leave and return in a more suitable avatar results in a refusal in terms that lead to the avatar being banned from the region completely.

I had to use one of these * between age and play otherwise it would filter it for some reason.

Linden Lab Official:Clarification of policy disallowing age*play

Introduction

This article addresses questions regarding Linden Lab's policy regarding sexual age*play (depictions of, or engagement in, sexualized conduct with avatars that resemble children). This practice is disallowed by the Community Standards due to complaints from Residents and international laws, so it's important to understand the definitions.

Policy

Under our Community Standards policy, real-life images, avatar portrayals, and other depictions of sexual or lewd acts involving or appearing to involve children or minors are not allowed within Second Life. When detected, individuals and groups promoting or providing such content and activities will be subject to sanctions, which may include termination of accounts, closure of groups, removal of content, and loss of land or access to land.

There are three key aspects involved in these materials or acts that are in breach of the Community Standards:

  • Participation by Residents in lewd or sexual acts in which one or more of the avatars appears to represent minors (or the depiction of such acts in images, video, textures, or text) is a violation of the Community Standards.
  • Promoting or catering to such behavior or representations violates our Community Standards. For instance, the placement of avatars appearing to represent minors in proximity to "sex beds" or other sexualized graphics, objects, or scripts would violate our Community Standards, as would the placement of sexualized "pose balls" or other content in areas depicting playgrounds or children's spaces.
  • The graphic depiction of children in a sexual or lewd manner violates our Community Standards.

Linden Lab reserves the right to immediately terminate the accounts of Residents who violate these standards.

KBwarning.png Warning: Any images, chat, or other conduct that leads us to believe actual minor children are involved will lead to swift action, including reporting to the appropriate authorities.

Discussion

In some cases there may be an element of subjectivity as to whether an avatar (or other image) appears to be a minor. Objective factors which will be used to decide, including whether an avatar has childlike facial features, is child-sized, has clothing or accessories generally associated with children, and whether, based on the circumstances, an avatar is speaking or acting like a child ("My Mommy says...").

KBnote.png Note: Merely having a childlike avatar does not violate this policy. It is not our intent to banish childlike avatars in and of themselves.

If you are in doubt as to whether an activity may be interpreted as age*play, we request you err on the side of caution and desist. Please note that some countries' laws may impose penalties for graphics, drawings, or anime that resemble child pornography, even where no children have been involved.

To report a violation of the policy, select Help > Report Abuse in the Second Life Viewer and follow the instructions given.

I'd like to remind some people, who made comments here, that diapers aren't used just for babies. Adult diapers exist, because adults exist who can't control those body functions to the extend needed to make it to the toilet in time.

A cleary adult looking avatar, who just happens to wear a diaper is not sexual age.play.

On an unrelated note...wtf, the forum cenors "age.play"?! O_o

I remember someone commenting on that once.  This made me wonder which of "George Carlin's list of 'Words you cannot say on TV' " would make it through the forum filters.  So...

testing: *****, piss, *****, *****, cXcksXcker, mother*****er, and *****

I decided to replace a few letters in 5th word because the filter let it through, but it probably should not have.

if you look at the profile pic you will clearly see it's not meant as adult diapers for people who can't control the body.

.... also when reading the first lines of his/her profile tells enough this avatar is not meant to be a child.

But, as you know, many will see this type of look as kid or too young. So play on safe... keep away from it.

To make this completly clear, i am not an age player, it is a helplessness thing,

helplessness noun

  1. inability to defend oneself or to act effectively

So the diaper helps how? You take it off and toss it crapped filled at another resident in self defense?
