Is There a Way to Make Marketplace account without CC or Paypal?

Hello, I wanna try making marketplace account to sell blender stuffs, but it says must have credit card account or paypal account.. Is there a way to create without them? because I'm new also having bank account still learning/still dont understand much about it. Thank you

You must have a verified payment method on your account before you can create an MP setup. 

If you have a bank account, then you can create a paypal account using that - and verify the paypal account.  You just need to actually fund you paypal account from your bank account before the money is needed because LL will not wait on a bank transfer.

Unless it's changed, you also need to have payment information on file before you can import mesh into SL.
