I'm selling a full private island sim - 65536 m2 - http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Providence Island/100/86/24. There are no tenants, and the sim is available right away!

The tier is 295 USD and due on 9th every month. The rent has been paid this month, so if the transfer goes through in the next couple of days you would be getting two weeks free. It is new and not grandfathered. It has 30,000 prims. You can revert this back down to 20,000 if you want.

You will have to pay for the fee to transfer the sim. Which will only be 100 USD. So please include that in your offer.

Need to sell it in the next couple of weeks or so to avoid another payment cycle.
