Downgrading Premium account to basic

I am trying to downgrade my SL premium account, and I am instructed to hit the abandon land button at my premium home because basic users are not allowed to own Mainland land.  When I right click on the land and see the abandon land button on the general tab, close to the lower right corner.  It is grayed out, useless.  Why?  How can I make it work so that I can end my premium account, and it's charges.   Please respond ASAP.  I will post again soon.

I'd use the Live Chat function (which your current Premium status gives you) to work with LL on that.   https://support.secondlife.com/start-chat/ -- Live Chat is available 5am to 3pm PST every day.

it's nearly impossible to hit the ground in your LL home, most easy to use is the menu at the top of your screen, and select there the about land/parcel details while you stand in the middle of your home, perhaps try that.

 

about your Please respond ASAP:  ... you'r not talking to LL or support here, but a public forum with just users as yourself ... and we don't need a new post you can answer/reply on this one ad it will appear at top again.
