Promotion Manager Needed

I have a clothing store and a home furnishing store, and I'm looking for someone to be a promotions manager. You don't have to have experience, but you do need to be detail oriented, intelligent, and focused. I want to grow my business and increase traffic, and you will get 15% of all purchases as payment after a trial period (I have had bad luck before with this, so will wait to provide commission until I see you are serious and understand the position.)
