Question

Hi,

I know that if I file an AR, I usually don't get a result like "the person you ar'ed got banned".

Is there something like a news page about ltest ARs and what was the punishment?

I mean, shouldn'tr it be public what you get if you harras otzer people or so?

No, you won't hear anything about the result of your report; see Linden Lab Official:I've filed an abuse report, I haven't heard a thing, and the offender isn't banned -- why?

LL used to publish a digest of "incident reports," at least those that resulted in any action being taken, giving the time and place of the incident and noting what was done as a result, but no names.   I think it was last updated in January last year and seems to have vanished since.

The reason you don`t get that sort of feedback is because of the LL privacy policy, they will not tell a 3rd party anything to do with your account, so for them to mail you something like "Person X that you AR`d has been banned" that would be a breach of that policy.

If the person`s name disappears from search, there is a good chance their account was suspended or banned.
