I downloaded the program but I cannot initiate the viewer or execute the program.

I have downloaded the program

1) Second_Life_2-6-0-225006_Setup.exe and

2) Second_Life_2-6-2-225998_Setup.exe

(both versions).

I tried to install both the versions but I cannot execute the program.

What´s the reason that I cannot view the second life program or why doesn´t it start.

I need technical help to start using second life.

I am having same issue I have been playing along time and one day I couldnt load properly again so I uninstalled then reinstalled both versions and beta The installation went very well and asked if I wanted to run it now I clicked yes and it never started on its own then when i click on the ico I get the same thing caould not initialize properly IM so mad LOL
