i cant enter credit card detailsin the billing system, there is no opption for enter, and it says "It will be back soon. Second Life has a new billing system and we're working hard to return PayPal as a payment option for international accounts."

actually my credit card information suddenly deleted itself. im now premium member, but my billing information cant work , i worry my premium member right go away from mr. because i have some land ,its full for the line , if im not premium member, i will have to pay more high money for the lands., pls tell me how do i do.

If you live outside of the USA, contact support or file a ticket and ask them to switch your account to the new local payment system. The SL website should then load a plugin of a third party payment processor that offers localized payment options.

You can relax a little about your land and premium account.  LL have said that they know there are billing issues and anyone caught-out by them won't be put on hold or charged extra while the system is still be worked on.
