today i got a computer after a year away from sl. and i notice lot of these Gacha Resell Items and like to know when this start happening? where can find real Gacha stuff at ?

There's a large monthly event called The Arcade and several other smaller events.  Many (most?) charity events/fairs also have a gacha section.

The Arcade event (est. 2012) Pixie was referring too runs quarterly—not monthly. What's changed  over the last year or more is that there are now even more events focused on gacha and with that comes a lot of waste. In the past a lot of people moved that product through yardsales, but overtime many have come to realize that it is far more effective to buy and sell gacha on the MP.

Good Lord, the Arcade may be the first and among the largest, but there are zillions more of these, not just "other smaller events".

Arguably the Gacha Garden and Fantasy Gacha are even bigger, and certainly less laggy.

There are numerous events, niched as to clothes or furniture or kids or whatever. Charity events are actually the worst place to find gachas. Not only are they hard to find, what merchants concentrate on more at those events are special creations.

You can also go to a zillion yard sales and buy them cheaper than pull price.
