My Contacts and groups dont load, i cant tp anywhere and dont have stream music

Clear your cache & logout, when you log back in change your start location to Smith & open your inventory while you are standing there under the water & just wait there until your inventory has fully reloaded without doing anything else.

When its done hopefully your other stuff should be back to normal too.
