i get a message: failed to grant capabilities

If you are trying to login to a sim and getting that message, try logging in to a different location.

If you are trying to TP there, try relogging and if it doesn`t work, find the owner and get the sim restarted.

If you are the owner, go to LiveChat and ask them to restart it.

It's a server issue.  It happens.   You may be able to clear it by logging out and back in again, but most likely it's something that will have to wait until the sim's owner or SL restarts the sim's servers.
