Once an SL Viewer crashes you may have to reboot the computer to clear problems.

A crash may also corupt the viewer's settings file.

C:\users\[user_name]\AppData\Roaming\SecondLife\user_settings\settings.xml

Rename or delete the file. The viewer will make a new one with the default settings.

A texture download can also corrupt and cause problems. So, try clearing the cache.

C:\users\[user_name]\AppData\Local\SecondLife\

You can delete everything in the folder.

It is important to know if you use only one viewer or whether you use 2 or more different viewers. If you use Phoenix, Imprudence, or others you need to make separate caches for each viewer. They do not play well together.

I did not see your video card listed. If it is ATI, you may have a video driver problem.
