We are providing a beach house for $700 Lindens a week unfurnished for 300 prims with an option to be furnished. 

The sim aims to be a private quiet sim therefore making it very peaceful to live in while having admins on watch so people do not poke they heads into houses if so a warning followed by a ban. 

 

We having an amazing water fall and around the corner where you can relax while a bartender who works 3 hours a day offering you refreshing drinks at out beach bar. You can also walk along our lovely pier take photos in the Photo Booth and play games .
