Restricted areas

I just turned 18 last month and still do not have access to restricted areas yet. Instead, I am receiving this message.

The region you're trying to visit contains content exceeding your current preferences.  You can change your preferences using Me > Preferences > General.

There is no way that I can change my preferences and have no idea why I cannot go into restricted areas.

Just filed a support ticket and hopefully I will hear back from LL support soon.
