Please remove the mechant's name from your post. We are not allowed to post names that way in this forum for very obvious reasons and if you don't remove it, the moderators will delete the thread.

As to why there is no comment field for flaggings (I suppose that's what you're asking about), the Lindens only know but obviously they prefer to spend figuring out for themselves what the customer could have told them right away. My best guess is that they just love to solve puzzles and don't want any spoilers. ;)

I  removed  it..but  posting the  name  is  kinda  the  purpose  of the post.

Nope. The purpose of the post was to ask what category you use to report a Marketplace scam, as per your original comment:

If there is an option for fraud > L$, check that option and explain that you received an empty box.

With an expense this large, it really pays to do your research before purchasing. There are multiple offers on Marketplace for this gacha-only mesh head, and most of them are well into the L$2000-3000 mark, as befits the price of a full Genesis Lab head of L$4000. You opted to purchase one for just L$1000, from a seller who has only been active on Marketplace for three months, and who is only selling one set of gacha items. Most gacha resellers have a lot of items in their stores, of varying types. Also: at least three copies of the same rare gacha item in the same store is something of a warning sign, especially when there's nothing else in the store.

As an afterthought, you did rez the box to unpack it, didn't you? I'm only asking this because some 'wear-to-unpack' scripts don't actually unpack no-copy items, and a lot of people aren't aware of this (I've even had this happen with purchases from some fairly well-known, big-name SL stores). Those items, regardless of whether you're prompted to wear them or not, still need to be rezzed in order to remove the no-copy items inside them.

Yes I did  rez the box.. it  was empty, as  far  as buying  it  for  less..well the  MP often  over  inflates  the retail prices on gacha  items, they are  sold for much  less in world. I do  agree with  you that  most  gacha resellers  have  more  than  1 item..but..when I first opened  my  store..guess what? I had 3..that was 2012,  we all start somewhere. The creators  full heads  are that much because they have a lot more features, hence why these are in gacha machines and not for sale in the creators MP store. I  could go on and  on.. I've been in the  game  a while now but having "  three copies of the same rare gacha item in the same store is something of a warning sign" isn't in the resale world.

OK, then ignore the advice.

But if you had followed it, you probably would not have gotten an empty box.

One of the best lines I've seen in a while regarding why LL does or does not do something.  xD

Cuts down on drama. Both that they have to read, and that peolpe 'psyche themselves up enough to type in'.

A LOT of these posts are just people having personality problems with each other, misconfigurations on the seller end, or improper use of the purchase on the buyer end.

The less people can type in... I am guess the less likely they are to 'flag' an item because somebody hit on their 'SL BFF' in a dance club while on a couple pose with another avatar...

I regularly get irate messages saying there is nothing in the box. That means either they left clicked but did not open the box, or there was so much stuff in the box they did not give it time to load. It doesn't matter that they have been in SL ten years, or that they have just successfully opened several other boxes they bought from me.

LOL, I once had someone buy a painting of a boat, then complain to me that when he tried to open the box he didn't get his boat. Fortunately after I explained to him that one, there is no box, it is a painting, and two, that a painting is what was advertised, he must have been happy. I offered to give him a refund if he wanted it but he never said anything more about it.
