I have 3 quarters of a Full Region. The region is beach themed and includes free waives and rocks in the ocean. You can keep or return them at your own liking. Each 1/4 includes 5,000 prims is only L$4,500/week.

No rules on this region, You can use the land however you want. As long as you are not intentionally annoying your neighbors and are staying within your parcel lines.
