Can't verify my age, help!!!!

ok, i will turn 19 in May, and I keep trying to verify my age in order to go to adult sim since I turned 18, but when I put all my legal informations in as required, and hit "Submit", they won't let me through and says the informations i put in doesn't not match public record. I don't understand why because I put all of my legal information in honestly. Please help me so i can verify my age.

If you think that you have followed the recommended paths to be age-verified, including selecting the appropriate drop-down box in your inworld preferences (General tab, select rating), then submit a ticket.

Alternatively, you can buy a small amount of L$ on the SL website. As an account-verified resident with "payment info used" status, you can access almost all adult regions without the need to verify your age. LL consider all residents to be adults that have done business with them.

Sometimes people that joined SL before they were 18 do have problems with getting the maturity rating to change and verifying once they turn 18. It may be because there never used to be under 18s on the main grid and so its all new to the system and its not thouroughly tested.

Go to https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ and submit a ticket in the Account Issues section (whichever one is close enough) and make it very clear in the text that joined SL before you were 18 and its not recognising your new age.
