Texturing not working

Is anyone else having a problem with putting textures onto objects at the moment? Once in a while it works, but then stops working. In the past a relog tended to fix it but not this time, although one relog I did turned out to show texture alterations that I'd done an hour or so earlier. And after one relog I successfully created a wooden cube and applied a texture to it. But that was the last time I was able to do that. I can create a cube, apply a texture and everything goes through as expected - except that the texture doesn't appear on the cube.

I suspect it's something at my end, since relogging did have small temporary effects, but I thought I'd ask here in case it's a general problem.

ETA: Cancel this. I cleared my cache and it all seems to be working again.
