Yep, it's a great vest, by Kitt Ragu for ::K:: As to the tattoo, it's pretty easy to do with the Slink male body: just click off the visibility of the tattoo layer on one arm. The only problem that can cause is if the tattoo keeps going down onto the hand. Slink hands can't be layer-controlled separately, so with this tatt I also have to wear something to cover the join at my left wrist where the tattoo stops abruptly before the bare arm starts. And, of course, you may need something to cover any sharp edges at the shoulder, too. The cover is damn awesome. I was originally listening to my own mp3 of The Azoic's (dancier) cover version, and went to YT to find it so I could link on my Flickr post.
