With a couple of hours of work the head has managed to adapt to four fairly individual looks. Eta...ignore some of the seams and things...I'd try to do a bit of post-processing, but I'm getting hungry and it's dinnertime Must try that FaceApp though...I've always wanted a decent smile in some pics. Both are supportive and for the most part gentle. I suppose one's goal in the contest is a deciding factor on whether to enter or not. I never win these things. But, I do have fun with them. I tried pretty much the exact same experiment, but with a mesh head, including making a custom shape to better accentuate the cheeks, tilt the eyes, and so forth. Your experiment was more successful than mine! Mine ended up looking pretty ghastly. One of the limitations here, in addition to the generic restrictions imposed by the Bento bones, is also the mesh head shape one uses -- I found it really difficult to make the cheeks of the Genus Classic appropriately prominent or "chubby," and the teeth were also a problem. I've been wondering if maybe some kind of mesh deformer might be the way to do this, in conjunction with an animations HUD.
