Flickr has a 'share' icon Click it and use the SHARE option. That will give you a URL that looks like https://flic.kr/p/2g85GmR. When you paste it here you are given a choice to paste it as a URL or the image, which the forum shows by default. Like: If you like the image visit Flickr and vote there. I just grabbed this one for illustration this morning. If you want more control over the image use the download icon and select VIEW ALL SIZES. Then select the size you want to show. Right-click the resulting image and paste that URL here. This is a 75x75 image... While it isn't intuitive, once you've been through it it is easy. And a copy paste of the URL for the Flickr page from the browser works, as several have pointed out.
