You can also just paste in the link to the .gif and the forums will display it inline. But when doing that make sure you click the share button, then the direct link line, select gif and copy the link. Pasting the main page won't work. This requires you keep the original up forever so people can still see it in 10 years. (It also take a moment for it to appear.)
