i cant open anyones profile or anything in search meanu

I am having a problem with seeing anybodys profile. I can not open my own or see anything i search for. A grey box appears but will not load at all for anything. I need help. if someone knows how to fix this please help. Been happening for about 2 weeks. I have reinstalled viewer 2 many times. and did a computer restore nothing worked. Other people that log onto sl using my computer it works for.

Which operating system is your computer running? Do you get any error messages when you start the viewer, or did you get any when you installed the viewer?

Make sure you have cookies enabled on the viewer preferences. Profiles are now web enabled and for some reason if you have cookies disabled they will not show up in some systems.
