How do file a complaint against a vendor for a script I paid for that does work?

I paid Audrey Bisiani $4000 Lindens for a script that does not work nor does she provide support.  Her script contains

466 lines of code spread between 13 scripts.  After repeatable pleas for help she has now removed me from her list.

Is there any recourse available?

Duplicate post is duplicate. Btw, while it is unfortunate that there is not much you can do about what happened to you, posting the person's name is against TOS and that will get you in trouble so you should delete their name from both of your posts.
