It crashes everytime I log in!

I made an account about a year back, and whenever I try to log in, it crashes. I had alot of cool stuff on that account, so I was very reluctant to make a new one- but whenever I try to log into this new one, it crashed also, and it won't let me send a crash report.  I checked some other questions on here, and made at least 20 new updates on my computer, but the problem still persists. Help!!

Ok, make sure you are installing the 64-bit version of the viewer first of all.

I never install official LL viewers as I find them to be always unstable so I cannot tell you whether or not they are clearly labeled. Try downloading a TPV like Phoenix or Dolphin Viewer 2, those will be clearly labeled on the download pages. You can google them.

I have Phoenix. Read the comments all the way up there ^ Also, alot of old programs arent loading now, like my Skype or even iTunes...

So as I suspected last night, you have a corrupted registry. You are screwed

Also, once you have fixed your registry problem make sure you do a deep virus scan. Also if your anti-virus software allows you to run a scan while booting on safe mode do that. Clean any viruses you may have and then also install a good firewall program, and a good anti-virus. Windows Firewall and windows defender are not enough, also if you have Norton ditch that and get a better one.

Still I suggest you do a virus scan. Only reason registry gets corrupted is due to viruses (most times).

Ok, and I'm on my newest account right now (this one), but I kinda really want my old one back, cu I had so much on that account... how do I figure out which email it's set up to? I know the name, just not the password...

If you know the name use the "forgot password" thing on the login screen of this website. Then just check all your email addresses till you find the one where they sent you the password.

As I suggested wayyyyy up there somewhere, send an IM from your new account to your old one & you should be able to find which email address it gets sent to and then reset your password.
