It crashes everytime I log in!

I made an account about a year back, and whenever I try to log in, it crashes. I had alot of cool stuff on that account, so I was very reluctant to make a new one- but whenever I try to log into this new one, it crashed also, and it won't let me send a crash report.  I checked some other questions on here, and made at least 20 new updates on my computer, but the problem still persists. Help!!

Now it lets me log in, but only to where it says "processing response"...

The name of the Graphics card in your computer.

Click start and right-click "My Computer" go to Properties > Device Manager > Display Adapters

It will say the name of your Graphics card there.

OK, I`ve been told its not great but should be able to get you into SL, though probably won`t run it very impressively. So looks like its not the reason you can`t get in. Did you check your firewall yet to see if it has SL blocked?

Btw are you sure you are downloading the 32-bit installer for the viewer? What Windows version are you on? Can you please post your PC specs? you can find it by typing "System Information" in the search function in the Start menu (in windows vista), select System Summary and then copy and paste that information on here so we can see it please.

For the Firewall, open your Firewall settings & you will see a list of events and how they were handled ...Usually either Allowed, Asked Or Blocked - On mine it is on a page called View Firewall Events. Just make sure that nothing related to SL is being blocked.

 

For your computer specs, as George stated, you can find it by typing "System Information" in the search function in the Start menu), select System Summary and then copy and paste that information on here.

I went to my setting, and added a program that could be allowed, but it wouldnt work.... and copy and paste all of it? 0.o Its not letting me highlight anything...
