No available option to post snapshots

I'm a new user, and I saw there was a section for snapshots on peoples' profiles.  I looked through the help documentation and everything says to click the Snapshot button, then select the appropriate option (Post to My Profile Feed).  However, I simply don't have that option on my screen at all.  I can only save to my local computer.

I've attached a picture of what it looks like for me.  I'm using the default viewer on the latest release.

Save to disk is one of several choices for what to do with the snapshot.  When you pick one the window changes to display options related to that choice.   To step back out of save to disk, just click Cancel you see on the bottom.
