Help : CasperVend GiftCard Not working

I recently received a CasperVend Giftcard for an inworld SL store, I did go to the store to buy some products, but when i tried using the giftcard to make purchases the giftcard doesn't seem to be working. Any help please?

When i click on Buy > Giftcard, I dont see any "buy now" button option on the giftcard.

Sometimes it takes a little patience before all the scripts catch up with the running hamsters.  If you are seeing unusually high lag, just save it for later and try again.

As Pamela, Casper (the creator of the system) should be able to help. Search for Casper Warden and send a note card describing your problem.  Alternately you could ask Aleida Rhode via note card if she could help.  Patience was never a virtue of mine but at times like these it is best option.

In the inworld group the name of the support avatar is given. When you message him/her you will receive a link to the support page where you can explain your issue.

I am actually a newbie, I wasn't sure about whom I should contact. Also, I did send a Notecard to the store owner but haven't heard from her yet. Should I contact Casper as well ?

Casper Warden, but you should probably deal with the store owner, and if there is a problem with the card, she should contact Casper.

It's been 2 days now since i contacted the owner, no response. I just want to make sure whether its the giftcard thats not working or its something with my system. :c

Also use IM, as many of us hate notecards (in part because they are easy to miss, also because we can't read them offline).

I used the same giftcard the other day and had no issues. I did chat with the store owner because she accidentally sent me 3 cards (I returned 2 of them) She was on very late at night, or very early depending on your point of view, lol! (Eastern time for me) Not sure if that's her usual time on, but that's when I found her.

Thank you to you all who helped me. I received another giftcard from the store owner and now the card seems to be working perfectly fine.
