I am in need of land for a breedable business.

I need land that is 8176 sqm with 2744 prim, for no more than 2,324 linden per week.

I'd prefer estate land if possible.

have a look at MP or the inworld search, you'll find lots of parcels there .. it will for sure not have the prims and price as you want...

full sim 20.000 prims/li

half sim 10.000

quarter  5000

1/8( what you ask) 2500 prims ... mostly around 2600/3000 L$

( it's little different when th estate has sims with 30k prims, but prices will be higher)

homesteads will have a quarter of those limits.
