Invisible avatar with Firestorm viewer

I am unable to see the avatar of my friend in Firestorm, but I am able with another viewer. I tried Second Life viewer and Alchemy. Both work, but not Firestorm. I prefer Firestorm because it is faster on my computer. How can address this problem?

Are you able to IM your friend in Firestorm? If not, you've probably inadvertently blocked them. Go to the Comm menu, select Block List and see if your friend is there. If so, right-click their name in the list and select Unblock.

Yes I am able to IM her. And I verified, she is not blocked...

The Firestorm inworld group helpers are most likely to have seen this before.

Make sure you have not accidentally blacklisted that avatar,
Top menu bar of the viewer, World -> Asset Blacklist.
Remove the avatar name from the blacklist & relog.

I don't know if this will help you but my brother was having the same issue with seeing me after I upgraded my avatar to full mesh and bento features.  He upgraded his viewer and now sees me fine.

This is not a black list problem.  A lot of people are having a hard time seeing my avy as well.  I'm not sure if it's just firestorm or just Bento.

Is your friend invisible, or are they a solid colored blob? If its the latter, their avatar complexity is above the render limit that you have set in your viewer.
