I don't know whether the "Roll finished All Clear" notice went out from the GSP prematurely or what, but my region "Woods of Heaven" was suffering major lagspikes long after 8:20am PDT today.  Any reason for that?

Looks like the RC's went to 17.04.13.325429 and Cake went to 17.04.13.325432 instead.

This weeks roll seems to have been not quite up to par at least in Blake Sea.   Major issues with lag, sim borders etc.  Very high crash rates for sail boats. Someone mentioned that they are moving to new server hardware, can anyone confirm that?   Or have any other explanation for whats going on.
