I live in Russia and I want to stick my account to my debit card, VISA. How do I do?

According to the offcial documentation ( https://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Linden_Lab_Official:Local_Payments_FAQ ) you can use a VISA debit card from Russia.

What is the exact problem? What happens when you try buy L$ with your card?

If it was Visa "Electron" Debit, you can buy L$ from your account billing page.

 

If your card was Visa Debit, I recommend you to submit a ticket or contact them:

Unlike the other list of billing numbers, that one has Brazil included for some reason so is handy for when people specify they are in Brazil.
