Difficult to tell. If it's a Bento head you won't get the same look as this picture without the same underlying shape anyway. Bento makes it much harder to identify mesh heads, given how much you can edit and change them, both by editing your shape and then selecting different skin appliers. Your best bet would be to wait for an answer from the creator of that image.

Is their a flickr or a blog you can check where they post? To me it looks like a system head, with nice effects added to bring out the full effect.
