NyxieNevermore
I downloaded fire storm. But when I try to load it I get a message saying my graphics card is out of date? I tried to install a new graphics card from intel and just got a message saying it is not supported. I need help.
Chic Aeon
Best thing to do in contact the Firestorm inworld group. You can past in your computer spes (they will tell you how if you don't know) and they can advise. It might be that your computer is just too old but ask and see. IF you can use the Linden Viewer and not FS then likely it is another issue. If your machine isn't all that hefty then a third party viewer based on the old 1.23 style might work. Singularity is one but there are others in the Third Party Viewer List. Good luck.
Callum Meriman
If it's an intel video card on Windows 10 you may have some luck installing the 32 bit version of Firestorm and then following this page http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_intel_fix_32bit
cykarushb
Your integrated GPU may not be enough to run Secondlife through that viewer, or they may not have support for that generation of integrated graphics anymore. Updating your IGP drivers wont do much, it wont make it perform any better. If you have a desktop i recommend a dedicated GPU anyway since performance will be much better. As Chic said if the regular viewer works and Firestorm doesnt its more likely a problem with firestorm than your computer. Ask them about the issue and see what they offer as a fix.
