So many possibilities ..... but the most likely ones are (a) your radio isn't installed properly or (b) you don't have a music stream set for your parcel.  Or both.  Read the instructions that came with your radio carefully.  You will find that any radio has to be deeded to the owner of the parcel that it's used in.  If the owner is a group, then the radio must be deeded to the group.  See also http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/land_audio_tab

If you are tuning the pre-set stations of the radio, you should be aware that internet radio stations often go away, or change their address.  In that case, the music URL associated with that pre-set station will produce nothing but silence.

Find a music URL that you know is good.  One easy way is to go to a parcel where you can hear music and then look at the About Land window to find the URL.  If the landowner has masked that (they can if they wish), try another parcel.

Once you have a known good music URL, go to your own land and manually input it into About Land/Music.

If you then hear the music, follow the instructions that came with your radio to update its pre-set stations.  (This advice assumes that it was working before, and that it's deeded to the land group, if necessary.)
