I finished decorating my land and house few days ago, and just the next day found out that it is not about living in a fully decorated place, it is all about constantly decorating :D so... I put a skybox high in the sky, oldie but one of my favorites, NY apartment from Apple Fall and started to fill it with furniture and stuffs

I love visiting people's houses! When they're not around. Pamela the food in your kitchen looks great. Are they scripted to hand out samples? People really need to put out food.

You can come and cam mine anytime you want. My bestie does that to see what's new before going shopping lol although I've not bought anything new besides the Dust Bunny laundry.

My new home. Still a work in progress and needs a lot more clutter. Plus I need to find the perfect rug to go in the entry area x333 But so far so good. Never had such a small home before but I am having a blast furnishing it. It's more fun than furnishing big spaces!

Although I like to have a lot of space, I find it difficult to furnish bigger houses or skyboxes, maybe due to the fact I try to keep my avatar realistic (around 1.7 m) and I lack proper proportion when it comes to furniture and the buildings. But if I choose smaller buildings, it is kind of hard to adjust the camera view. The struggle is real.

But you have done amazing job @Syn Anatine, I love your new home and I’m dying to know where I can get the lightbulbs from the last pic :)

We live in Elven Quest (an elven centred Lord of the Rings RP sim). We've been there a little while now so I've heavily redecorated the manor and fitted it out with an entirely new colour scheme and much more high quality furnisher and trimings. I absolutely love the place!

Here it is from the front.

From the west side you can see the supply boat and crane and how provisions arrive at the stately home. Also in shot is the washing area and our pond for our pet ducks Lola and Luka.

From the west side of the property you can see the forge, study area, patio (with fire) and the entrance to the guest bedroom which is located outside the main building itself.

  • 3 weeks later...

I recently renovated this tiny house from Barnesworth Anubis. I retextured most of it, added a room and a closet, meshed floor and crown moldings to match, and added a larger step at the base of the stairs. I won't be in this house too much longer as I plan to move to the new Linden Homes once they are open to the public. So, I thought if I'm going to get some pics of this reno I better get it done now.

It really is a tiny house! I changed the siding and changed the roof from shingles to metal.

When you walk into the double doors you find yourself in the office/kitchen/dining area. I added the little room in the corner because there was no where to put a bathroom in this house and I must have a tub for my soaking time.

I love how open the house feels as a result of this screened in room that serves as my lounge area. There's a nice porch with rattan chairs and an umbrella in front.

I love the view from the top of the stairs looking back down to the lounge.

The bedroom is just a couple of steps away.

I know it's silly but I love having a closet in SL. This little space next to the landing was the perfect spot to make a built-in for my shopping finds.

I have a couple or so more weeks to enjoy this little house. Then I'll be busy with my new house in a new neighborhood. I'm excited!

Oh! I almost forgot to show you how the bathroom turned out. It's small but cute.
