Position: Talent Relations Executive

-Job Description-
As Talent Relations Executive you will be responsible for growing VAW's organization by investing time in our most valued positions at VAW.. wrestlers, refs, and commentators. He/she will be responsible for developing systems to help recruit the future superstars of our organization. Talent Relations will also be responsible for helping implement the overall strategic goals for the department as directed by the Head Trainer. This position will be placed in the training division. Must have basic Second Life knowledge.

->Active
->Creative
->No Write Ups on File(in last month in VAW)
->Willing to do an Interview with owner (Vince Aftermath)
->Willing to take classes
->Send Resume (If you have one)
->People Person

-Key Responsibilities-
->Send daily notice about hiring on forums (Daily)
->Monthly Recruitment Events
->Hiring Minimum of 8 people monthly
->Mentor new people
->Set up creative plans
->Will Report to Head Trainer
