You don't.  A group owner can never be forced to leave, and may only leave voluntarily if there is (a) another owner still in the group or (b) nobody else in the group.  This is why, if you are a group owner yourself, you make only your own alt a co-owner.  There's no way to get rid of an ex-partner, ex-boyfriend, ex- .... once you have made that person an owner.
