NEED TO CONTACT L LABS PLEASE HELP

Hello , 

I have recently encountered some pretty serious issues , i have tried everyway to ring linden labs as i feel this would be the best way to get some help , i live pretty far outside usa and it cost me a lot to ring them ...but i ddi ry to ring and i got a repeat message to select 1 2 3 4 5 or 6 ..i select 1 and it goes back to the start , or i would like to at least email them ..but because of my issues i removed my account and firestorm for now and i cant file a report that way by a screen shot ... is there a way i can contact them? and get a response ? ...these people are pretty much a gang and constantly threaten and grieve will nasty huds .... i really would hope linden labs would stop them from using the game as they use it for all the wrong reasons ... do linden labs block peoples accounts? like from their ip address ?

You can't have removed your account, or you wouldn't be able to log in to these forums. I suspect you mean that you have deleted your SL viewer, so you can't get in world now.

There is no way to "ring" Linden Lab or contact them by e-mail.  If you have a problem with your account, you may either submit a support case or (if you are a Premium member) contact Live Chat. 

You did not specify what sort of "pretty serious issues" you may have had, so it's hard to give you specific advice beyond that.  If you suspect that someone has committed a TOS violation, you could submit an Abuse Report to describe exactly what happened and identify what TOS section was violated, but you would need to be in world to do that.  You should be aware, though, that Linden Lab will not respond to interpersonal disputes that you may have with another resident unless they involve a TOS violation.  See TOS, Sect. 6: "You are solely responsible for your interaction with other users of the Service, whether online or offline. We are not responsible or liable for the conduct or content of any user. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor or become involved in disputes between you and other users."

thanks for your reply .. well .. i have witnessed them threaten people in real life ... every time something goes wrong ..they threaten to get their gang to come and harm you or your sim .... i have just edited my question to give a little more info ,, i would like to know if second life can actually ban them if they are breaching the agrrment of second life ... or will they be able ti just create alts? and yes sorry i mean deleted my viewer

basically what they do ... is threaten ... and then sometimes follow through on coming to where you are abusing you .... or using a hud to grieve you ... and threats like i will fry your computer " can linden labs stop them from using second life because of this ? or is this a issue that is ''beyond them;; i was just wondering to help me take action or not

Yes, harassment is a TOS violation.  If you can provide specific names, places, and times, submit an Abuse Report.  As I explained above ^^, there is no way to contact LL by e-mail or phone for this sort of thing.  There is no guarantee that the judicial process will result in a particular outcome, and you will never be notified of the outcome in any case.  Yes, it is possible for banned residents to come back later on alt accounts.  Linden Lab is especially hard on repeat offenders, but life can b hard for you in the meantime.  The best solution for situations like this is (a) Block and ignore people who are harassing you and (b) find other places in SL to enjoy.  This is a large virtual world and there's no resaon why you have to stay in a place that is uncomfortable for you.

Hold on thar, pardner.  "I have witnessed them threaten people in real life..."  I rather doubt that statement, and it is not consistent with the other things you've described.  I'm pretty sure you don't mean that you have actually witnessed people, in Real Life, physically confront someone and threaten them.  If you have, then it is a matter for the local police.  Dial 911.

Perhaps you mean, "This thug threatened me with Real Life consequences while we were in Second Life."  Something like, "Hey doofus, I know how to hack your computer, steal all your data, and come to your house and let all the air outta your tires, so don't f**k with me."  The proper response to this sort of threat is to 1) Say nothing.  I mean it, don't say a word.  2) file an Abuse Report.  Include a cut-and-paste of the chat or IM log as evidence.  3)  Mute the person.  Right click them, select Mute/Block.  4) Leave.  Log off, or teleport to another location.

You MUST use the Abuse Report process.  Linden Lab will not respond to phone calls or emails (even assuming you get hold of a number or address) or even snail mail, only to the Abuse Report system.  So fuggeddaboutit.
