GOOD DAY.. HOW CAN I BE ABLE TO PLACE AN INTERNATIONAL CALL TO "BILLING TEAM"?? I WOULD LIKE TO CONFIRM MY CREDIT CARD SINCE IT WASNT ACCEPTED/PAYMENT FAILED AFTER IT WAS BEING RENEWED .. PLEASE I NEED TO BUY LINDENS ASAP!! HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!

You may not need to place an international call to the billing office.  Review the list of most common credit card problems first, to see if it suggests things that you haven't considered yet.  If your credit card was acceptable in the past, you may want to remove it entirely from your account and re-enter it as a new payment method, on the theory that starting over with a clean slate will clear out whatever troublesome information the system may be objecting to now. 

If your card is a debit card or any other sort of prepaid card, however, that may be the root of your problem.  Linden Lab changed its credit processing system last year and has not been accepting those card types since then.  If your prepaid or debit card was accepted previously, the renewal may have triggered a review and rejected it.

If you find that none of those suggestions applies to your case, you should consider registering a verified PayPal or Skrill account instead. Or you may have to make that international call.  Use Skype to save some of the cost.
