Clementina and Clyde are regions that include Governor Linden's Mansion, Clementina Park, the Jessie/Clyde wall, Steller Sunshine's beanstalk and the fallen giant (in neighbouring Welsh), and other historic SL landmarks. This is a wonderful area for exploring. This is also an area that you could call home.

Clementina Estates has furnished two-storey luxury houses for rent in these nearby regions. They are available as a waterfront home or a sky-home with ground-level access. Prices range from L$120 to L$300 a week depending on location, and depending on your choice of prim/LI allowance.

We also have small waterfront cottages available. Prices range from L$35 to L$95 a week depending on location, and depending on your choice of prim/LI allowance.

Our boat-jetties and beaches have protected access to the rivers and oceans of the SL mainland. There are jet-ski rezzers at both locations.

No avatar from outside a house can see avatars inside a house nor read their local chat, and vice versa. Each house also comes with a security system.

Hello, I just hae a few questions I'd like to ask you! I like elegance and beachy homes.

* How many prims would I get with 200$L a week. Until further notice?

* Are the houses funished, and are we allowed to Rez our own items as well? 

* Does it cost extra to be at a waterfront home? And If so how much more Is it going too be? I can spend 200$L for rent when I get back.

* How big are your skyboxes? And can we also add our own items??

Answer 1:
L$200 per week ... For a furnished home in Clementina, you would get 53 extra prims/LI. For an unfurnished home in Clementina, you would get 87 extra prims/LI. In Clyde the prices are a tiny bit more.

We are flexible with furniture and prims/LI. You can choose what you would like and we will adjust the price accordingly. You can choose a furnished home, an unfurnished home, or a partially furnished home. You can choose to have extra prims/LI for your own objects.

Clementina Estates' houses are all waterfront homes. The only change in price is location (Clyde is a tiny bit more than Clementina). Non-waterfront homes are available with our sister company, Buzzy Bee Rentals.
