Hi Nekito,

The web page you show includes instructions for obtaining help from Linden Lab. You should have been redirected to this page...

https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/

I'm not sure I completely understand your question. It seems to me that your account has been placed on "hold" by the Lab, which is often an indication that the account is under review for a Terms of Service violation. If this is so, you should have received an e-mail explaining the circumstances.

Hello, my dear friend, I've had 4 days with no answer, that's what I've done and I've opened 1 case. I answered and I do not get a reply. That's why I came here.

this doesn't have to be the case.. also long abandoned accounts are on hold till the rightfull owner shows up with proof.

It's unclear to me, from the wording of the OP, whether the account holder has been in SL for 7 years and had the account "deleted" by LL, or if the account holder deleted the account seven years ago and changed their mind. I used the wording of the message from LL to tip my interpretation in favor of the former explanation. But, as I said, I'm not sure I completely understand the question.

Thank you friend the case is open on Friday I will be patient but I find it strange that I cancel the account on Sunday and put on Saturday

If the account was cancelled over the weekend, the owner can request re-instatement via the support page...

https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/

Select "Account Issue" from the first pull-down and "Reactivate an old Account" from the second pull down. LL might charge a $US9.95 fee to re-open the account.

If the e-mail address attached to the account no longer works, you will not get the notification e-mails LL sends. For that reason, you will have to supply other proof of account ownership to LL to reactivate the account. Be ready for questions proving account ownership.

it is impossible to get help on this forum, we can not see your account details, and we can not speak or handle on LL behalf, we can only point directions in certain technical issues.

When you don't answer the questions as they asked, you'r out of luck.

LL will not discuss anything with you on that account as long you can not proof you are the owner.

We can post hundred more answers, but you will not get a single step closer to what you want. Sorry.

I'm sorry to disturb you all and I understand but you do not give me any more information that I can identify with. You could give notice of this

Hey @Nekito Neox just a heads up, I had to hide one of your posts. You didn't do anything wrong, but you had your e-mail address and some other personal identifying information in it, which could put your account at risk. I strongly suggest going forward that you don't share that information publicly.

As for your problem with accessing your account, I can see you have already contacted an agent via a Support Case, my best advise is to try and see if you can remember what information you used in order to verify your account. If you do remember, you can always respond to that case again, or create a new case as well.

Thanks for jumping on that, Tommy!

I'd give you a Linden Bear, but I accidentally (honest!) incinerated the last one I got near.

Tommy, first:  Thanks for weighing in.  Second:  If the OP can't recall his account details and no longer has the email for that account, can't he use the account recovery procedures where you guys ask him for proof of identity?  Just telling him "you're hosed unless you can remember the account details" does not seem helpful in this case.
