Group not showing in my groups

One of the groups i was recently added to does not show up in my groups list or my profile.It is a RP group. The group, in group search, itself says that I am a member already. I want to activate the group but can't do it. What do i do?

Bugs like this show up from time to time.  If ":recently" was within the past day or so, wait another couple of days to see if it resolves itself.  If not, submit a support case or (or contact Live Chat if you are a Premium member).

Did you perhaps go from premium to basic recently?  You may be over the group limit.  You will be in the group but you will only see the 1st 40.
