Where can we submit cases? Undelivered items from Market Place

On April 11, I bought 10 items from Marketplace.  Only 2 were delivered even if the transaction history says they were delivered. 

 

Unclear who we should contact in such case where it is obvious that the isssue is a marletplace one. 

 

How to submit a case or a ticket?  This as well is not available anymore under help!!!!

If you purchased 10 items at the same time, you should consider in future purchasing items one at a time. The 'system' seems less error prone that way.
